  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausages and potatoes.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
