A delightful and easy-to-make broccoli side dish perfect for Thanksgiving!

  • 1 pound fresh broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the broccoli mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
